The Rack Attack Will Blow Your Mind!

In 15 minutes every car every time gets a full comprehensive inspection on the speed rack.  Since 1986, this inspection process has been a key foundation for Todd's  Auto Shop Concept. Some of the technology has changed, they don't use Polaroid cameras anymore but the process and results remain the same. In minutes, pictures and videos capture problems to be presented to the customer and are immediately recorded in Tekmetric. Once inspected the car is off the lift and in the parking lot while recommendations are presented to the customer.

The Agenda

Day 1

  • We will begin the day with check-in and a breakfast meeting at 7:00
  • ​You'll join our team for a Take-5 discussion before the opening bell.
  • We will discuss the ​Predictability of Customers
  • ​We will cover an overview of primary tools needed to support the sales process
  • ​​We'll introduce you to the Rack Attack​. You'll be blown away with our version of SpeedOfServiceand the power of vehicle inspections like you have not seen before.
  • We'll teach you the primary tools needed to support the sales process
  • ​We will deploy the Geek Squad to show you how to game changing technology for Virtual ​Shop Tours. And how to produce the best quality videos for Show and Sell including Motovisuals and custom voice over. 
  • Attendees will learn how to unlock the potential of Chat GPT  to create engaging and informative invoice descriptions.
  • ​We will show you how to Incorporate CarFax and more to enrich customer interactions.
  • ​You'll work in groups to learn how to handle Missed-Sales and Additional Concerns
  • ​We'll wrap up with an in-depth Q&A session where all your questions will be answered.

Day 2

  • We'll begin the day again with a breakfast meeting at 7:30 and join the Adams team for a Take-5 discussion about how to achieve today's goals
  • ​Attendees will learn and practice the art of the Meet and Great including the power of the virtual Shop Tour
  • You'll learn Key Words, The Amazing Anytime Script, and the Isolate Presentation 
  • ​You'll work in groups to learn how to handle Missed-Sales and Additional Concerns 
  • We will ​unlock the power of teamwork as you explore the dynamics of a tag team turnover for missed sales.
  • We will wrap up with Q&A and close the day by 4:00 PM

Day 3 - Half Day

  • We kick off the final day of our program with breakfast and a re-cap of what we've accomplished
  • ​We'll practice customer callbacks and listen to actual customer calls to identify points of improvement.
  • We will discuss the importance of pre-books and continued customer call backs to keep them coming back again. 
  • ​Finally, we'll discuss how to build the best team in town and Always Be Recruiting Professional Business Athletes. 
  • ​We'll show you how to let your team recruit for you with video based testimonials
  • ​We will wrap up with a lengthy Q&A process to cover all your questions
  • ​We plan to finish by 12 Noon.​

Todd Hayes

Todd Hayes is the magic behind the first $1 Million monthly repair shop, Adams Automotive. Will you be the next?

He is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, and media personality with over three decades of experience in the automotive industry beginning in 1986 when he founded the Mobile Car Care chain of auto repair service centers.
