Privacy Policy

When you contact us, request a call, register for training, or enroll in Coaching, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shop name, role, registration details, and the program you selected.

Payment-card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by AutoShop Answers. We keep payment and subscription status, transaction identifiers, the selected offer, and billing-consent records needed to fulfill and support your enrollment.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page use, and checkout handoffs. These tools may use cookies or similar device information. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, shop names, enrollment-link tokens, or Stripe session identifiers to these analytics tools.

We may retain the first campaign source that brought your browser to the site, the landing page path, and a limited external referrer so we can understand how an enrollment started. This information is attached to an enrollment only after you submit the form.

We do not use session replay or PostHog on this website.

We use information to respond to requests, process registrations and Coaching enrollments, provide purchased services, prevent abuse, support payment recovery, and operate the business.

We also use aggregate website and enrollment information to measure which programs and sources are useful. Anonymous website activity is not treated as an identified sales lead.

We use service providers including Stripe for Coaching payment and subscription processing, Vercel for website hosting and site analytics, Google for analytics, and business systems needed to deliver and support our programs.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain enrollment, payment-status, billing-consent, and follow-up records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
